Doug Jeffery Director, obtained a BSc with majors in Botany and Zoology at the University of Cape Town (UCT) and went on to obtain a MSc in Botany also at UCT. He has worked extensively in the Western, Southern and Eastern Cape both as a professional Botanist and co-coordinating EIA processes over the past 20 years. Doug has been registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions as a Natural Scientist since 1990. He is also registered as a professional Environmental Assessment Practitioner with the Interim Certification Board for Environmental Assessment Practitioners of South Africa.

Lindsay Speirs obtained a BA degree majoring in Archaeology, Psychology and Geography and Environmental Studies, an Honours degree in GIS and a Masters degree in Geography & Environmental Sciences, all from the University of Stellenbosch. She has extensive experience as an environmental assessment practitioner working on a great variety of projects throughout the Western Cape as well as a few in the Northern Cape and the Free State. She has been with the company since 2003.

Jenna Theron obtained a BA degree in International Studies at Stellenbosch University, as well as a MPhil degree in Cultural Tourism and Heritage Studies. She has experience working for the City of Cape Towns' Environmental and Heritage Resource Department and has gained experience as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner working on a variety of projects within the Western Cape. He has several years experience in the tourism and conservation industry and one year experience in the Environmental Management field as an ECO. He is also a Green Star SA Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa. He has been with the company since 2010.

Emily Herschell completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology and Environmental Management at the University of Cape Town, followed by an honours degree in Environmental Management and a Master of Philosophy in Architecture and Planning. She has extensive experience in applying the principles of Integrated Environmental Management. She has been managing and co-ordinating Environmental Impact Assessments in the Western Cape and nationally for ten years. She has successfully managed numerous multi-disciplinary teams across a range of fields within the environmental sector, guiding projects through tendering, design, construction and operational phases. Emily is a Green Star South Africa (SA) Accredited Professional and is registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions as a Professional Natural Scientist.
