Dornier Wines
Doug Jeffery Environmental Consultants was involved in EIA process to obtain authorisation for the wine cellar at Dornier Wines. This picturesque wine cellar is situated at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain in the Blaauwklippen Valley.
The proposal entailed the development of a wine cellar, tasting facilities, bistro associated roads and infrastructure.
