Drakenzicht: Portion 8 of Farm 851, Paarl

Doug Jeffery Environmental Consultants was appointed to undertake an application in terms of Section 24G of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as amended (NEMA), for the rectification of the unlawful commencment of a listed activity in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended).  The applicant unlawfullt constructed a show house and entrance gate on Portion 8 of Farm 851, Paarl. Commencement occurred on 25 November 2020.

Environmental Authorisation was granted for the continuation of the listed activity in terms of S24G of the NEMA and the EIA Regulations, 2014 (as amended).
